The Curriculum Vault: Our proprietary Curriculum Vault sets us apart. Unlike traditional agencies that often leave tutors to provide their own materials, every Yeter session is powered by custom-made notes, targeted examples, and high-quality homework questions, which ensure a high-quality standard across all our sessions.

OUR STORY

Yeter was founded by Palesa, an Actuarial Science & Mathematics student at the University of Calgary, with a clear mission: to bridge the gap between mediocre instruction and academic mastery. Having worked with traditional tutoring agencies, Palesa saw the behind-the-scenes reality: high fees for parents, low pay for educators, a lack of support, preparation, and vetting for tutors and a service that was of little value to students. She saw a service that had become mediocre, and knew students deserved better.

Determined to disrupt the status quo, Palesa launched Yeter to prioritize the pillars:

  • Expert Vetting: Ensuring every tutor is in pursuit of (or has a) Bachelor’s degree that enables them to teach at a high level.

  • The Curriculum Vault: Providing tutors and students with proprietary, elite notes, examples and homework sets.

  • Fairness: Offering transparent, fair pricing for families while ensuring our tutors are compensated as the professionals they are.
